Reason for starting
Wibi+Works, LLC was started to advance spin-off technology from my academic biomedical research with the goal of quickly translating lab discoveries to the clinic.

Carrying out innovative ideas from inception to the point of favorably impacting human health while not forgetting along the way to be a positive role model for those around me.

What is your top challenge and how have you addressed it?
Growing my stem cell therapy business. I am trying to learn as much as possible about entrepeneurship with all the tools available online, in my incubator space, and in meetings attended. I am also trying to be patient while I slowly reach proof of concept milestones with non-dilutive funds before agressively pursuing other capital sources.
Who is your most important role model?
The many unrelenting female scientists that came before me that persisted in their science even without getting compensation or credit for their work.
