Reason for starting
After having grown a software company succesfully from 15 to 100 employees, my co-founders and I wanted to create our own business, marketing a cloud computing Software-as-a-Service on a global scale. We got together on a weekly basis during a 6 month period before establishing the company, to define the product and business plan through an innovation process.

How do you define success?
To me, being succesful involves creating and sharing something that, on some level, contributes to a better world. Making a difference.

Biggest Success
Queue-it’s first live customer. On a more personal level, I feel that my award as Female Entrepreneur of the Year 2012 was an important milestone. I am particularly proud of this achievement because I was the first woman in technology to ever receive the award, and because I had only been an entrepreneur for 2 years at the time.

What is your top challenge and how have you addressed it?
Fund raising at early stage

Who is your most important role model?
My mother
