Reason for starting
Rafinera’s birth in Istanbul was inspired by the birth of my lovely daughter Nil. While I was pregnant, I suffered from nutritional problems. After traveling to the US for treatment, my dietician introduces me a diet delivery system with an ideal meal plan. I found this not only benefited the baby but my own health. I felt much healthier and energetic in the pre-pregnancy. After giving birth and moving back to Istanbul. I searched for a similar system to help to lose weight from my pregnancy but when I couldn’t find one, I found myself to establish a new business plan for Rafinera.
How do you define success?
Success is to reach targeted point in a best way. In my opinion, with the right strategy and the correct targeting, everybody can achieve their goals.
Biggest Success
Rafinera (We are in a position that I can not even imagine before. I established Rafinera with an extremely amateur cook and myself, and now the current state of the company and its potential make me proud.)
What is your top challenge and how have you addressed it?
My top challenge was being the first daily meal plan system founder in Turkey and to tell people what is Rafinera represent. (So many people called us and ask for Kebab for supper!) Without getting bored or tired, we explain Rafinera in every position.
