Reason for starting
I have always considered myself an entrepreneur. When I left my last full time position in 2008, I decided I had the skills, knowledge and contacts to build my own boutique recruiting agency. With over 10 years of recruiting experience, I knew I could do it on my own. I wanted to have the flexibility in my life to create my own hours and pick and choose my clients.
