Reason for starting
I had an idea and I knew I could help other businesses. There was this unwavering passion in me that got me going, and kept me going.

How do you define success?
Being able to solve another persons problem. In business, success is solving another persons problem and creating a viable product/service.

Biggest Success
Launching my business from the ground, and growing. Being able to get back up after a ‘failure’. In the last 5 years I can honestly say I only had one meltdown, where I thought I had reached my tipping point. Little did I know, at that moment I would get back up and be stronger and more determined. Launching a business without any prior knowledge of running a business or any formal education is quite a challenge. I’m happy to say I’ve been at this for 4 years. I have worked for some major brands and seen some real growth. I am experiencing success, but at the same time moving forward through more growing pains.

What is your top challenge and how have you addressed it?
My biggest challenge has been balancing growing pains. Earning the business of new clients, but not quite ready to hire new employees to help carry the load. Time management has been huge in overcoming this challenge. Many days I balance client work, marketing, networking, and sales. Recently I have been able to hire help to help with the workload and can free me up to build relationships.

Who is your most important role model?
My mother. My mother, grandmother, aunt, and two sisters to me are kind of the same person. They all are like pillars of love and strength. Each one of them have displayed courage, perseverance, and success in their life. They keep/kept me motivated and positive. Role models indeed!
