What is your top challenge and how have you addressed it?
I am totally NEW to the LA Community and some of my Business industry movers and Shakers. Most people in government resist change and new things. I like being a “Change Broker” at a time where change is inevitable and on a very close horizon. I am present at every type of program, event, or community/political discussion. I approch my work with a certain theme “You can’t get a seat at the table of intelect if you aren’t safe enough to know WHERE the table is.”
Who is your most important role model?
My Dad Alfred L. Trammell Sr., a deceased Viet Nam Era Marine that had half of his head blown off and lost an eye during that conflict; whom went on and was a successful federal employee and respected community leader in Gary, IN till his death in 2001.
