Reason for starting
Reason for starting was very simple, to be financially independent and to be able to do what one knows & loves the most in one’s own time. I was a mother of a 6 month old daughter, had experience of 6 years with me. I had no family support to take care of my baby, so couldn’t take up a full time job. I wanted to do something while I was taking care of her. I didn’t want to miss watching her grow, so started Architectural & Interior Design Consultancy from home.
How do you define success?
For me Success lies in completing a job with a happy client, being able to support a few people who are your employees, creating wealth for yourself & also for so many people who get work because of what I do.

What is your top challenge and how have you addressed it?
Being visible in visible in market & pitching for jobs which I would like to do has been the top challenge. I am still working on it, by way of website, social media pages, joining networking organisations, marketing and business development has never come naturally, so I try to attend workshops, seminars etc to educate myself & my team.
Who is your most important role model?
The most Important Role Model has been Steve Jobs, a true inspiration for all designers, right from creating need for product to designing it beautifully to creating software & apps….nobody can beat him. A true inspiration for an entrepreneur & a designer.
