Reason for starting
Modern women are strong, professional, active and caring… We are also the most attractive generation of women since the beginning of history! Yet footwear is still either comfortable and frumpy or gorgeous and painful. I wanted to create a beautiful shoe that could adapt to us so we don’t ever have to compromise between comfort and allure.
Biggest Success
After 2 1/2 years of R&D with over 20 people working to bring this innovation from dream to reality we actually did the impossible and created a multi-height shoe with removable heels that lets a woman go from comfort to glam with the click of a button. To top it off we are now being sold in stores in France and beyond!
What is your top challenge and how have you addressed it?
Everything is a challenge, be it production, learning how to size a foot, getting people to believe that we really have achieved the impossible. The only thing I can recommend is tenacity, handwork and the deployment of non-stop energy and belief in your vision.

Steve Jobs, Michelle Mone (of Ultimo) and James Dyson.
