Our 2024 Brilliant Business Ideas list, featuring 10 up-and-coming companies and their women founders, is an exciting, eclectic mix. The honorees’ innovative concepts have the potential to achieve a great deal, whether that’s bringing clarity to climate-conscious consumers, or offering much-needed support to marginalized people. Or in some cases, it’s simply about making life a little easier, smoother and, well, cuter.
In our call for applications, we asked early-stage women entrepreneurs to tell us how their fledgling companies are building “tomorrow’s next big thing, today.” We heard back from several dozen women who are working to that aim in most every industry – from energy and fashion, to social work and travel, and everything in between. Yet as impressive as our applicants were, the 10 ideas featured below – and the minds that conceived them – stood out to us. We believe in these founders’ shared potential to change the game.
