Reason for starting
After many years of working for many different companies. I decided to start my own medical billing company. I have watched over these years how the healthcare Industry has evolved. I spent two years with a company and poured my heart in soul into making the company better. After careful consideration in 2010 I decided to leave my full time employment and branch out on my own. My knowledge of the Industry has helped many providers I had worked for in the past become compliant and profitable. The talk of solo practices not making it in today’s healthcare really upsets me as they can make it. All it takes is the right company and the dedication from the right people and this can happen. Together Everyone Achieves More. I was once told by a former employer I would never make it in this industry.
How do you define success?
It takes determination and dedication and a understanding for this industry to make a success. Knowing you are giving it all you have to make it a success. Success does not happen over night you have to work at it each and everyday and you have to believe that you are a success.

My biggest Success was achieving my HUB Certificate from my local State. As a HUB Certified Woman Owned business
What is your top challenge and how have you addressed it?
The top challenge i have encountered is finding the right company to partner and join with, who has the same outlook on the healthcare industry as I do. Healthcare and medical billing are complex. Each day I address this challenge.
Who is your most important role model?
My important role model is my grandmother. She was the mother i never had. She believed in me more than i believed in myself. She taught me lots of life long lessons. Sadly in April 2012 she passed away. But what she has taught me about honesty, integrity and trust has helped me become the person I am today.
