Name: Andrea Twarowski

Business: Office Elle Solutions, online business coach

Industry: Coaching & Consulting

Location: London, Ontario, Canada

Reason for starting: At age 19 I fell in love with the internet and teaching, I began my own tutoring business online at that age. Soon after that I was working part-time as a dental hygienist and already owned my own online tutoring business Dentalelle Tutoring.

Many people I worked with asked me how I made my money online with tutoring and how I could afford to work barely part time (probably 20 hours a week). I decided to start online business coaching and help others make additional income online like I did! It takes guts, courage and a strong will to succeed when starting your own online business!

How do you define success? Success is loving work! If you are passionate about what you do, you are not only helping yourself but also helping others as well. We work most of our lives so we need to love what we do.

Biggest Success: Owning and operating my own tutoring business online (at age 19) has been a wonderful success and at age 29 things are going stronger and better then ever! Now with Office Elle Solutions I am focusing on helping others start their own online business and make additional income from home! We should all love work, and working with something we are passionate about is the key.

What is your top challenge and how have you addressed it? I still work as a dental hygienist about 25 hours a week because I love the human interaction and being with my long time patients. Owning my tutoring business and Office Elle solutions can be challenging but I have learned how to outsource certain tasks to allow me to focus on my clients/coaching when I am not a dental hygienist.

Who is your most important role model? My boss at the dental office – he works hard and continues to work hard. Nothing can slow this guy down!
