Reason for starting
In 2005, I became a certified life and executive coach because I wanted to help other people expand their sense of self. I had years of recruiting experience within the tech and financial sectors so I had practice counseling people 1:1 as they navigated through their careers. Through counseling and exercises as a coach, I try to help people find that inner greatness that is in all of us.

How do you define success?
Success to me is living a truth-centered life where you move away from fear, anxiety and regrets to a life filled with fascination, curiosity and awe. To live our deepest truth is to become one with our integrity, power and love.

Biggest Success
My biggest success has been in helping individuals to expand their concept of self and what is possible for them. Seeing someone push through some mental block, or do something they had never dreamed possible- for me, that’s the greatest joy there is.

What is your top challenge and how have you addressed it?
I strive to incorporate a balanced lifestyle so that I can be fully present to my clients’ matters. This means that I must be vigilant in practicing basic self-care and exercising healthy boundaries in order to conserve energy in support of my practice. This can be a challenge when there is much to do and only so many hours in a day.

Who is your most important role model?
Although it may sound cliche, Mother Teresa has always been a role model to me. Two of my favorite quotes of hers are, “If we have no peace, it is because we have forgotten that we belong to each other” and “I have found the paradox, that if you love until it hurts, there can be no more hurt, only more love.”
