Well it is and it isn’t, Lyn Lee, founder of Awfully Chocolate, which employs 90 people, tells The Story Exchange. It took Lyn some time to figure out what people meant when they said ‘don’t go into business for the money.’

She finally understood the spirit of that advice after she reflected on the problems her company faced over the years. She found one common denomiator. You guessed it: money.
