Reason for starting
This is the only thing I knew and I could do. This has given me avenue for exploring myself and my creativity. I wanted to do justice to my home and work and this has given me enough freedom to do the same.
How do you define success?
Success for me is creating jobs for people, maintaining a work life balance and building an organization. Success is being happy and satisfied with whatever we do and keeping the people around us equally happy both at work and at home.
Biggest Success
Biggest success for me was getting the bigger clients in the early stage of starting the venture. Moving from 1 employee organization to 40 within a year was a big achievement.
What is your top challenge and how have you addressed it?
Top challenge is funding and capital constraint and I am still not able to address this completely. Getting the initial like minded founding team together is another challenge. Next challenge is to get the entrepreneurial spirited employees who can take ownership of the job at hand.
Who is your most important role model?
My father is my most important role model. He is a self-made man who has started and grown his business against all odds. He has shown me how you can achieve your goal in the adverse situations.
