Reason for starting
I had a better strategy for the ad business than my boss. Got mad because he wouldn’t support my business plan, cashed in my $16,000 IRA and got to work in 1989.

Great relationships that define each part of life.
Biggest Success
Winning Fortue 100 advertising accounts. Winning the C200 Luminary Award for Entrepreneurial Excellence. But by far my biggest success are my three children who are all entreprenuers!
What is your top challenge and how have you addressed it?
In an expanding technology world, it is difficult to find the top talent. We strive to create and environment at T3 that rewards tech genius and is a place where mutual respect is paramount. And we have fun!
Who is your most important role model?
My mother who passed away almost two years ago. She was an incredible person.
