How do you define success?
Building a business and making a living by doing what you are passionate about and helping others live their best lives.

Biggest Success
Our goal was to launch a digital magazine with a global reach 1 year after CareNovateMag.com was born. We accomplished that. Since the launch, we’ve been featured via several media avenues see our media link http://www.carenovatemag.com/beta/about/events/, being approached by several organizations for strategic collaborations and partnerships. We have partnered with organizations to help patients save money on their prescriptions and working with organizations with help raise awareness of social health issues such caregiving youth. We have some many projects, programs in the works that we will love to make available to caregivers and families.

What is your top challenge and how have you addressed it?
As a working mom, work life balance has been part of the challenge. Accepting help and respite has been one of the ways to address this. Funding the company and finding the right team to help me expand it and take it to the next level.

Who is your most important role model?
My mother. She is the most hard-working person I know. My family as wonderful, supportive and positive. They never let me give up.
