Peanut Butter Pit Bull Bars

Sarah_Gross
Product: Dark chocolate bars with crispy peanut butter filling

Price: $6

Website: rescuechocolate.com

If you’re looking for a way to gorge on chocolate bars without guilt, Rescue Chocolate may be your best bet. This Brooklyn-based company donates an astounding 100% of its profits to animal rescue organizations around the country. On her website, creator Sarah Gross says she dreamt up the business preparing for a morning walk with her adopted pit bull, Mocha. “I was savoring the last bite of a dark chocolate bar before heading out…suddenly it occurred to me: why not put together my two loves?” she writes. Each bar comes printed with a photo of Mocha (looking adorable) in an effort to battle negative attitudes towards pet pit bulls. Aside from Peanut Butter Pit Bull, the company also makes flavors like Fakin’ Bacon and Mission Feral Fig…so you don’t have to look far to feed your chocolate addiction.

Editors’ Comment: This tasty treat is perfect for chocolate and dog lovers alike. It’s light and airy and truly melts in your mouth. Just make sure you don’t accidentally feed it to your dog — it’s marked “For Humans Only” for a reason!
