Reason for starting
There was not an effective solution to rodent control that was safe to use around kids and pets for our farm equipment and in our home, so I invented one.

At Earth-Kind, it’s engaging employees and making customers happy; personally it’s making a positive impact with my life.

Receiving the very first EPA registration for a green rodent control product.
What is your top challenge and how have you addressed it?
Defining our business. What categories should we look to enter and why? What is the ROI? These are difficult decisions that require thorough evaluation and discussion. As an entrepreneur, the tough choices are mine to make. Even harder is that there are so many opportunities on the horizon. Being a natural born entrepreneur makes these types of decisions very challenging, because there are always many opportunities to pursue at any one given time.
Who is your most important role model?
My father. He was a successful entrepreneur and amazing leader whose life was cut short. I saw the positive difference he was able to make through innovation and want to continue his work with my own spin.
