Reason for starting
The quality of pure and authentic extra virgin olive oil has many health and wellness benefits. Due to the loss of several family members to cancer (mostly breast) and heart disease, two full time working women with children with passion for success and life changing roles, ventured to Italy in February 2012 to find the beautiful olive that produces true organic extra virgin olive oil. This is their story…Ciao Bella.
How do you define success?
Waking up everyday and feeling passionate about what I do! I live and breathe this business. Making a difference in peoples lives, hopes and dreams. Inspire people to take chances! Do what you love, love what you do!

What is your top challenge and how have you addressed it?
Trust and commitment issues. Business relationships with vendors who do not have our best interests has been a challenge. We screen our potential vendors much more thoroughly than trusting what we read and see on the internet, etc.
Who is your most important role model?
My husband, John. He has shown me that with courage and strength, we can take on anything. He has overcome many obstacles in his life that people fail to do; He is my rock, by biggest supporter of my business and the glue that keeps me together when I feel like I am falling apart.
