Reason for starting? To support other women in creating the business and lives they truly desire. Success and fulfillment. I believe in infinite possibilities, that you have a purpose and can have, be and do anything you desire. But so often we are held back but what we feel we should do, by our fears and our limiting beliefs. I help women curate their creativity and discover the power within, to live their most extraordinary life.

How do you define success? As a success coach I have come to realize external success isn’t enough. True success is about leading a free and joyful life and being able to share that with those we love, being true to our core desires, following our passions and using our gifts to be of service in work that lights us up.

Biggest success: My biggest success to date is creating the life that was a dream for so long… a life of freedom, fun and adventure. From acting in Hollywood movies to creating a six-figure company in less than a year, while traveling the world and now supporting other incredible women to create the businesses and lives they desire too. I feel honored to be able to support others in creating the lives they want. It’s a real privileged to witness huge, life-changing transformations, seeing other women go from shrinking to fit in and lacking in self-belief, to starting companies, becoming sought out as experts in their industries and creating success and a more fulfilled life, on their terms. I feel successful and grateful every day — living the life I want and seeing others do the same.

What is your top challenge and how you have addressed it? For so long in business, I had limiting beliefs about money that were keeping me really stuck and experiencing “feast to famine” for so long. I spent years living hand to mouth and worrying about how I was going to pay my bills, racking up debts and having to take soul-destroying jobs to make ends meet. The best thing I ever did was invest in my own high-level coaches and mentors, who supported me in identifying the beliefs and actions that were keeping me stuck and lacking focus. Working on my mindset and a plan to achieve my goals and stay on track to create consistent clients and income. There’s no one way to do business, but there are certain systems, structures and a mindset needed to succeed. The fastest way to success is to model what others before have done.

Who is your most important role model? I have SO many. My parents were the first and best role models I could have. They instilled in my brother and me the belief that anything is possible and, if we could visualise it, we could create it. It took me a while to fully understand that, but now I know just how true that is and have built a thriving coaching company based on exactly that. My favourite quote (which is framed above my desk) is: “She believed she could, so she did.”
