Reason for starting
The reason I started my premier business was to provide more time for myself and my family outside of the traditional office. After being faced with company lay-offs and downsizing, I decided to establish a company where every employee counts and every achievement matters. Our client support professionals communicate their needs with me regularly and I do my best to accommodate them.
How do you define success?
Success means being happy and content with the missions you have chosen to embark on. A successful business is one has a perfect balance of employee satisfaction and growth. Being successful means you are ever changing, reinventing yourself and your business and staying in the forefront of the competition. Successful businesses build on the brand which they have laid.
Biggest Success
Our biggest success has been growing from an ordinary business to a premier business, with our partner Arise, in 4 months. Another of our successes is being recognized in publications and being accredited by the BBB.
What is your top challenge and how have you addressed it?
The competition has to be the toughest challenge. I address it by offering a brand and products which are uniquely different from the competition.
Who is your most important role model?
My most important role model isn’t a particular person, but a group of people. My role models are the inner city youth who fight the statistics, hardships, and regardless of their poverty stricken societies go on to be successful. The successful individuals who grew up in societies of despair and affliction, who never gave up on their dreams and are able to give back are role models to me.
