Reason for starting
I started this business to offer a solution to overworked, vacation deprived individuals. I offer the plan through employers to help create higher morale and stress free work environments. Throughout my HR career, which spans 20 years, I’ve witnessed companies/employers trying to hit the mark but often missing it. They desire to offer something impactful, but not many products or services make a huge difference. This service offers the possibility for people across different salary spectrums to experience tangible rewards on a consistent basis.
How do you define success?
Balance! Many of us focus on one primary thing to define success, but I truly feel we need to experience many things in order to experience success. Achieving my business goals would be a dream come true, however if I can’t share those successes with my family they would not have a real impact. Fostering healthy relationships is very important to me, without them I could never call myself successful.
Biggest Success
My biggest success – I feel like I have a few, but one them would be graduating from Women’s Initiative and creating my business plan. It took a lot of dedication and convincing myself that this would work.
What is your top challenge and how have you addressed it?
Funding, I am ALWAYS looking for new opportunities and people to get involved with the project.

God, my mother, and countless women in my support system.
