Reason for starting
With a broken heart God inspired me to know myself, take advantage of all my knowledge in business, fairs, communication, coaching, food and beverage service, public relations in order to create the first mobile bar as a commercial platform for new food and beverage products. Some of the products are ecological and with a high social responsibility and are 100% made with peruvian hands.
How do you define success?
When all my crew is happy to serve people bringing them happiness and good times while they theach them that being possitive is a way of life that you can choose. Also when customers appreciate our original beverages menu where the real star is Pisco. Success in a business (for me) is when you can give opportunities to people to use all their abilities even though they dude the first invitation to join as a crew and all is represented in the incomes that we earn in every event.
Starting my business without knowledge about beverages and becoming popular at massive events because of the way that encourage every follow event. Also becoming the image for a big event organized in lima metropolitana.
What is your top challenge and how have you addressed it?
When Corferias del Peru invited Piscachote to participate in Ecoferia 2011. It was a big event that we addressed with professionalism and improved all our materials because we passed several inspecctions in the first day of oppening, so my crew and I worked together to pass all the obstacules and we did a great job.
