Reason for starting: “Need, the mother of all inventions” sums up why we exist! As soon as my daughter stepped into playschool, the first thing I had to do was label every little piece that went along with her. When the plain boring paper labels didn’t lure me, how could I expect it to lure my very fashion conscious little being?! Then came a lot of research, with the goal to create looks that modern kids, hip youths and savvy grownups would love and the sketch of the first unique designs took shape. The goal was simple, to create a well-crafted personalized name label that is both fun and functional. I am an entrepreneur and could not pass up the opportunity of introducing a new idea and product to the Indian market!
How do you define success? Success for me is when I see my design put a smile on a kid’s face… Also when I will succesfully be able to generate employment for women accross the country who are so talented but still not able to leave their house and their responsibilities.
Biggest Success: I am already creating work from home employment opportunities for women who are willing and able to earn along with me. Our goal is simple: to make Name Dazzlers a household name across India and Dubai, in a way that makes people want to buy my products not just because they are the best in quality, but also because buying these products,in turn helps the community in some way.
What is your top challenge and how have you addressed it? My top challenge was to make people understand my product. Since personalised waterproof labels are not a very common concept in India, people are not aware about quality and still not sure if the labels can be used in a microwave. I am in talks with various schools at the moment and plan to have stalls and demonstrations in schools for parents to understand my product better.

Who is your most important role model? My Father! A successful businessman himself, he has seen a lot of ups and downs in his business and personal life and has come out a winner every time.
