Reason for starting
We started in our twenties, as young entrepreneurs. We wanted to make a difference with the work we created, furthering the mission of inspiring companies. Our goal was to work with passionate leaders and inspiring entrepreneurs to help launch, grow and reinvent their brands – creating beautiful design, telling powerful stories, and using purpose as the compass for our strategic and creative decision-making.

How do you define success?
I define success a few different ways. I believe success is a feeling, it’s the feeling of doing something you love, making money at it, creating a difference or impact with your work.

Biggest Success
We’ve had a few, I’d say our biggest is being selected as an Inc. 30 under 30.

What is your top challenge and how have you addressed it?
Our top challenge is getting located by customers needing to find us. We have addressed this by trying to focus our efforts on being published in online publications like the Dieline, Lovely Package, HOW Design Magazine, AMEX forum, etc.

Who is your most important role model?
Our parents. They have been an inspiration and important role model in our success and values as individuals and as a company.
