She's best known for her daily yoga-themed Instagram posts, which are designed to encourage her over 1.3 million followers to live their lives to the fullest. Brathen grew up in Sweden, and took up yoga during her self-destructive teenage years. After graduating from school, she traveled to Costa Rica and discovered the joy of incorporating yoga into her daily life. Now, she uses the wisdom gained from her spiritual and emotional journey to inspire people across the globe to love themselves and the world around them.
