How do you define success? It is to me achieving wealth, respect, or fame. It is the desired result I get at an attempt to put smiles on the faces of those I serve.
Biggest success: My biggest success to date is the creation of T.D.T LOGISTICS LIMITED. In Nigeria it is becoming increasingly important to increase trade among communities to avoid dependence on foreign goods, most of which can be available with adequate support to communities and efficient transport and logistics to get it to consumers. With the creation of T.D.T I focus on providing the needed information and support to assist the rural women farmers and youth groups in Nigeria who constitute over 80% of the population, to be more productive and empower them through information and linkages that T.D.T provides.

What is your top challenge and how you have addressed it? Limited vans to meet my target for the month, a fuel crisis which also has made it impossible to break through wider markets. I serve various communities through logistic services and empower the rural women in the area of agriculture, I have gotten on board a large number of youths who are motivating more to go into agriculture, and with these I require more than the number of vans that are available.
Who is your most important role model? Kazanka Comfort, she is the CEO of Fantsuam Foundation, she taught me the discipline in community development. As a great leader she has changed the lives of so many through her leadership and builds great number of entrepreneurs as myself.
