How do you define success?
I think we are all master creators and should embrace the experience of loving our careers everyday, even when things feel upside down. Success is gracefully moving through the highs and lows while becoming and evolving yourself to be a better person.

BC Acheivement Award – Aboriginal Business of the Year 2009.
What is your top challenge and how have you addressed it?
Worry the business will not financially “make it”. I have invested in business coaches and armed myself with several mentors (male & female) who are a phone call away.
Who is your most important role model?
I don’t have one. I learn lessons everyday from everyone. I make sure I pay attention, you never know who may have that brilliant piece of advice that just changes everything.
