Reason for starting
Saw a need by employees to get help in their lives. As my own life got more and more complicated I saw a void and began reaching out to employee assistance programs, insurance companies as well as clients directly to bring engaging, educational seminars to their work site.
How do you define success?
For me it is reaching and helping employees while running a profitable business.
Biggest Success
The biggest success was to hit the million dollar mark and then to far surpass it. While we have grown and grown we still maintain a very customer centered focus. In the beginning I couldn’t wait for the phone to ring now it is ringing off the hook.
What is your top challenge and how have you addressed it?
The constant changing need to update curriculum. We have networked with hundreds of professionals to bring the most current, interesting information to our clients
Who is your most important role model?
I don’t have one… I have several.. my mom is the most awesome mom, Barbara Corcoran has inspired me to keep growing, and I pick and choose from hundreds more.
