Ghandi said “Be the change you want to see”. Opening BluePedal Group gave me the chance to help make a positive difference every day to the way in which the world’s largest multinationals achieve economic performance.

How do you define success?
It was Winston Churchill who once said- “Success is not final, failure is not fatal: it is the courage to continue that counts.” He implies that success is a journey, not a destination. So along this journey if I can sustain peace of mind, meaningful relationships with those I love, good health and energy, worthy goals, financial freedom and personal fulfilment through making a difference – to me that is success.

Biggest Success
I define success in terms of the goals we are achieving along the way with our clients. In less than two years we have built our global team capabilities of 400+ based on outstanding human capital, secured licenses to distribute in only the best of breed products and now manage an international footprint of offices in 8 countries. This is just the beginning for BluePedal Group.

What is your top challenge and how have you addressed it?
I think for any entrepreneur the top challenge is always balancing growth with capital requirements and maintaining single focus to sustain peak performance.

Who is your most important role model?
Gloria Mortimer Dunn, Fashion Author, Fashion teacher of 27 years and the woman that changed the world from the Olympic starting blocks as the creator of Speedo. A dear friend and mentor.
