Reason for starting
I started my business as a way of making it financially possible to stay home with my children. I knew that I was good at social networking so I put my talents to use helping others be successful at their businesses.
How do you define success?
Doing what you enjoy and making enough to not worry.
Biggest Success
My biggest successes are when customers give me praise. I love hearing about their increase in traffic or contacts they have made through my site. I was also very proud to be a StartUpNation Leading Mom in Business 2011 winner.
What is your top challenge and how have you addressed it?
My biggest challenge is always finding ways to split my time so that I am giving enough time to my kids and to growing my business. I just carve out a schedule and stick to it as much as possible.
Who is your most important role model?
My grandmother was my most important role model growing up. She was a hardworker and she has always been a good person who was kind and generous.
