Reason for starting
We always thought of building a mental health institution in which patients could feel the commitment of their therapists, where they felt accompanied and sheltered in their emotional growth process. At the same time, we want it to be the best place for psychologists and therapist to work. Where they could work, study, update in psychological knowledge and feel the compromise of their colleagues with the therapeutic task.
How do you define success?
Having all your economic needs covered, and always accompanied with personal, social and emotional growth. Happy, deep, lasting relations and been satisfied with myself and what I do.

The increasing recognition of our colleagues and patients.
What is your top challenge and how have you addressed it?
Having managed a community of professionals working together as a team. Having a group with a lot of differences but never letting them been inequalities. We have addressed it by listening, respecting and considering every one´s opinion regardless the academic levels.
Who is your most important role model?
Every person, community and institution that is productive, preserves life in all its forms, and keeps in touch with themselves, their emotions, their goals and their nature.
