Reason for starting
I stepped down from a successful career in international business to study storytelling at Columbia University, and started writing love letters to women in business, hoping to provide insights I wish someone had shared with me along the way.

How do you define success?
Going to sleep at night knowing you squeezed everything there was to squeeze out of the day.

Biggest Success
I interviewed the former head of Planned Parenthood, Gloria Feldt and also the first African-American woman to climb mount Everest, both in the first month after launch!

What is your top challenge and how have you addressed it?
Finding time in between school, consulting and writing my play!

Who is your most important role model?
At the moment one of my clients is Kathryn Kolbert, the attorney credited with saving Row v Wade in 1992 in the landmark case, Planned Parenthood v Casey. Honored to be able to work alongside side her in building a center in support of women entrepreneurs at the Athena Center for Leadership at Barnard College (Columbia University).
