Reason for starting
I wanted to bring exciting branding, relevant marketing and product innovation to a market dominated by large players who are unable to respond to market trends quickly. I wanted to bring ideas inspired by my extensive exposure to the international markets to the US market.

Success is when you are able to bring to fruition the goals you have set for yourself.

Yes, I have top tier education, am a senior investment banker and own two successful businesses but I feel I have yet a very long way to go…
What is your top challenge and how have you addressed it?
All entrepreneurs face challenges including, but not limited to (1) scarcity of funds and time (especially if you have a full time job and other personal commitments) (2) introducing the market to a new product (3) learning about the laws that impact your small business. Every challenge requires a creative approach and a mindset that every problem has a solution.
Who is your most important role model?
I actively study those who have courageously and fearlessly changed the game of the industries they dominate. There is a great deal to learn from them and to apply not only to your business but daily life. I deeply respect the work of Laxmi Mittal, Ratan Tata, Anil Agarwal, the Hinduja brothers, Bill Gates, Mark Zuckerberg, Richard Branson, Indra Nooyi and Sheryl Sandberg just to name a few. Fearlessness is the key.
