How do you define success? Success is when you are able to do what you always wanted to do. I would like to sell my product internationally and become a member of guiding international training centers.

Biggest Success: My biggest success is when I was able to start my own Skill Training Centre to teach kids and adults about various skills.

What is your top challenge and how have you addressed it? My top challenge is when I was asked to stay back as I was studying and also because I rose my voice to give equal opportunities to volunteers. I didn’t stop my interest in guiding. Instead I started helping not only guides in Maldives but Guides around the world by making a Facebook page of my own and spreading my knowledge from more than 25 years in the field.
