There was a clear vacuum in the market for a non Desi sweet/bakery, a trendy cafe for the youth and families and an all natural and organic cafe and store.

What is your top challenge and how have you addressed it?
Challenges are many! On a daily basis we face challenges that don’t exist anywhere else in the world such as security and water issues as well as electricity shortages, and it is extremely difficult to do ethical business here.
