Reason for starting: I started my own company because I wanted the freedom to use my talent in the way I felt would best benefit others. I’m in business to help others celebrate life and experience joy, passion and love.
From an industry standpoint, I’m bringing a different attitude to the arena of corporate event management. It’s the concept of authentic giving that is prevailing throughout the social media and marketing worlds, but hasn’t yet been applied to either events or employee engagement. From an entrepreneurial standpoint, the world needs to see examples of people and companies who make it to the top by consistently operating on the principle of love for others and how they raise up those around them.

How do you define success? Success to me is being able to give myself the freedom to be creative in a way that benefits others. Also enjoying what life has to offer me in good health – physically, spiritually, emotionally, mentally, relationally and financially.
Biggest Success: My biggest success happens each time I defy self-doubt and do what I truly believe in. I’ve progressed so much in just the last 12 months.
What is your top challenge and how have you addressed it? My top challenge right now is reaching my target clients. I’m overcoming this by seeking out and learning as much as I can about them – where they are, what they read, what events they attend – and making myself personally visible in those places, as well as constantly building new relationships in those areas.

Who is your most important role model? Jesus is by far my most important model. He teaches me that loving people and living for more than myself is the best way to achieve the life we all want to have. Love never fails.
