Better Days was started because of after 10 years of working as a geriatric nurse, I had finally had enough. I knew that seniors had worked too hard for too long and needed to be provided for in better ways.

I was introduced to the Feldenkrais Method 29 years ago after a debilitating accident with a semi-truck. From my remarkable recovery, I found my passion for movement and realized that I wanted to teach others.

I was a stressed out woman living in NYC and needed to make a change. I found yoga and learned how to decrease my stress levels.

I started Qnova Health (formally called DocPons Inc) to address the problem of affordable access to care for every person in America.

In business I’m inspired by Beto Perez who created the Zumba Fitness program. He came to the U.S. with no money and not speaking the language and is now a worldwide sensation.
